CF4 : Eclipsis (2008-10) for piano solo
ガブリエル・エルコレカ氏のもとバスク地方高等音楽院で作曲を学び、ベルン芸術大学修士課程にてジョルジュ・アペルギス氏に、イルカムにてコンピューター音楽・作曲をヤン・マレッシュに師事。これまでにシャリーノ、サーリアホ、フラー、ファニホウ、ルルー、ユレル、ラング、ロペス＝ロペス、ソテロ各氏の指導を受け、アカント、インパルス、マトリックス、スペイン国立青少年国立研究所などの音楽祭に参加。音楽コンクールでの受賞は多く、クラングフォルム・ウィーン、ムジーク・ファブリク、ニュー・アンサンブル、ディオティマ弦楽四重奏団、アンサンブル・イティネレール、S:i.c.、アンサンブル・ヴォルテックス、ソンダルテ・アンサンブル、ビルバオ・オーケストラ、ロレーヌ・オーケストラ、ミナス・ジェライス州交響楽団などに演奏される。2010～11年、スペイン政府のスペイン国立音楽院奨学金によりローマで作曲家として活動。現在、スペインのクラーテル・アンサンブルの芸術監督であり、また、マドリッド・フランス・アカデミーで芸術員として様々な作曲プロジェクトを手がける。2011年9月よりカーサ・デ・ベラスケスのコンポーザー・レジデンスの一員。2013年には京都芸術センターの滞在が決まっている。

Graduated in Composition with Gabriel Erkoreka at the Basque Country Advanced Center of Music, Spain; Master Degree in Composition at the Hochschule der Künst Bern with Georges Aperghis; Cursus of Composition and Computer Music at the IRCAM - Centre Pompidou Paris with Yan Maresz. He also studied with Sciarrino, Saariaho, Furrer, Ferneyhough, Leroux, Hurel, Lang, López-López, Sotelo, among others, in festivals as Acanthes, Impuls, Matrix, and Injuve. His pieces have been awarded in a dozen of composition competitions and are interpreted by soloists and ensembles as Klangforum Wien, MusikFabrik, Nieuw Ensemble, Quatuor Diotima, Ensemble Itinéraire, S:i.c., Ensemble Vortex, Sond’Ar-te Ensemble, Bilbao Orchestra, Orchestre de la Lorraine, Orchestra of Minas Gerais, among others. He was also Prix Roma of the Spanish Government working as composer in residence at the Royal Academy of Spain in Rome in 2010-2011. Nowadays he is artistic director of the Krater Ensemble, from Spain, works in different composition projects and is artistic member of the French Academy in Madrid - Casa de Velázquez where he is composer in residence since September 2011. In 2013 he will be artist in residence at the Kyoto Arts Center.
